Audio lag in every game

In every game I've tested the audio is a few milliseconds behind the game itself. I've tried all 3 Audio backends, and I've tried all 3 DSP emulator engines, and all of them have this problem. It happens with the default settings, and even if I run the game at 100% at all times.
