Audio is choppy, games don't run at full FPS

I'm running windows seven and dolphin 5.0, most of my information is in my profile, any form of help would be appreciated.

Post screenshots of your graphics settings as well as the games you're playing.

What I suspect is going on is that your very weak GPU is getting choked and there isn't anything you can do, but might as well double check

You might also be able to fix the audio even without full speed in the latest versions with audio stretching enabled.
