I'm trying to play Fire Emblem - Path of Radiance, but the battle music is choppy. Everything else is fine.

I'm using a Mac. Dolphin 4.0 2012

Can anyone help me out?

Thanks.

What's your framerate. If the game is not running full speed, then choppy audio is correct until time-stretching is implemented.

My framerate is "auto".

That's your framelimit, not your framerate. Go to the video settings and check off "show FPS", and tell us, on average, what that is.
in a perfect world we would all be piles of sand with no ability to form coherent bodies of body

I actually downloaded the latest dolphin version from the site someone mentioned in this thread.

That actually fixed the audio.

Also, the average FPS is about 60.

Thanks to everyone who replied.

I actually spoke too soon.

Some of the audio works fine. The battle music is a bit off. I even compared it to the youtube video demo of the game, and the audio just isn't right.

I'm out of ideas. The FPS is about 60, so I'm not sure how that ties in with everything.

Can you give us an audio dump of the battle music and link to how it's supposed to sound? That would be enough information for making an issue report.

I'm really bad with computers and I'm not sure how to record the battle music onto a file.
