Those fall into the "decent" category. Not good.

In that price range you're going to have to settle for "decent". I'm not very familiar with low/medium end audio hardware. I mainly deal with stuff in the $70+ range for headphones, $130+ for audio cards, and $180+ for speakers. I also don't use headsets since standalone mics/headphones are usually better (although more expensive). I'm afraid you'll need to do your own research and/or rely on the opinions of others (including garteal).
