So. Messed around with audio and graphics settings and can't seem to get this to go away. Any idea?

Here is a video demonstrating the noise.

Thanks this fixed it. Although now I have fps issues. My cpu is pretty good (Xeon Ivy Bridge @3.30ghz) but it cannot be overclocked unfortunately. Is there any options that could help improve the slowdowns other than new hardware?

Nevermind.

I was using a modified 32bit version. I switched back to my original 64bit dolphin and the fps is 60 almost always. Sweet. Thanks again.
