I agree its not the users' fault that they don't know of the glorious changes in the dev builds if they haven't read pages upon pages of info in the forums like those who have been on the forums and using Dolphin for awhile.

But wouldn't anyone that's ever been to any website before know to scroll down on the home screen? Cause then they would see the progress report released last month, read it, and then go to the download page and get the latest dev build to see if their issue is fixed before coming here and asking a question about a bug that has already been squashed?

But a lot of people are uneasy of using dev builds since they aren't a "stable" release.
