Question
hey guys....

2 days ago i downloaded one of the new dolphin versions....

i was really happy to notify that a lot of games run more stable and for me more important more fast.

till yet i was runnig dolphin on my workstation......a intel core 2 quad 8400 at 3,5 ghz, gtx 460 and 8 gb ram.

my plan was to get it run on my mediaportal living room pc.

a intel core 2 duo 6750 4 gb ram and an ati 4350

first i was happy cause even on this pc the games seemed to run.....

but then i tried to play fzero......and now it comes.....the game starts up really fast.....after 5 to 15 sec of playing it suddently stucks. this doesnt happen on my workstation.....

i noticed it getting a lil better if i reduce the resolution and changing from directx 9 to opengl....but nothing keeps it from freezing at some point.

and heres my question.... does dolphin need a powerfull graphic card. till ow i allways thought the cpu is the main point.

if yes.....would an ati 5450 be powerfull enough?

taking an ati board is very important for me.....cause of mpeg and hd tv.....and cause its passiv cooled.

Edit: btw i was reading other post on the 4350......but what i am confsed abot is that it runs really good....till the whole emulator stucks

thx andreas
