Ati 4200 integrated and dolphin

Some People say Yes, no problems. Others, not at all.
I want to know if somebody whit this card can play this games in dolphin at good speed.

Is it that hard to try it yourself instead? I bet you'll be fine with native resolution though.

It will run games fine with no AA, my ATI 4200 256MB card does. Some of the games that run fast for me will then allow me to use 4x AA and still run at decent speeds.

Anyone know if an Radeon HD 4670 will suffice for 1280 X 1024 resolution with no AA?

Afaik 4670 is about 3850 level and since I had that card before I can vouch that it will suffice.

From my experience with 4200HD , i am surprised that i can play assassin's creed II with the lowest settings on 600x800 resolution and i only get about 25~30fps !!

But with dolphin , i wanted to play super mario galaxy 2 " lowest res. and no AA,no efb scaling "
and i only get about 60%~55% of full speed !

I guess this is my gpu bottle necking because:

1 - i have an athlon II x2 @ 3.5ghz which is enough ( i guess ) and it appears 100% usage of both cores while playing... Sleepy

2 - i was watching the gpu usage on " amd overdrive utility " and it barely gets over 70% !!

maybe its time for a new discrete card Dodgy

SMG2 is a somewhat demanding game, y'know? Not quite as demanding as SMG1, but still you need a good setup for playing it fullspeed. fwiw, your CPU should be strong enough though, given that you're using the right/fastest settings (check the forums/use google, there's tons of guides about that). However, it is certainly possible that your GPU is the bottleneck here.

i cant get more than 50 % of fullspeed in supermario galaxy 2 i am really sad i try alot of configurations please help me guys !!!
