Asterix & Obelix XXL

Hello

i just tried to play Asterix & Obelix XXL ISO on dolphin. After the second screen it just wont load. the screen stoppes but it doesnt "freeze"

i have no idea why. can somebod help me?

It seems like i saw this playable on a list somewhere (not on this forum, it was an off-site compatibility list). I'm unsure. List your revision and your settings though and lets see if we can help. I've not personally tried this game on Dolphin because there's a PC version which will run much better. Couldn't get it to run in Window 7 x64, but i got it to run under XP VMware Fusion nicely. It's not very stressful on a PC either, very low system requirements.

Sorry i couldn't help, but i did want to let you know a PC version exists. I like to recommend people try a native version of a game if it exists and runs better.

Thank you for your quick answer.

I didnt found out WHY that happens, but i know how to "fix" it now! I got to turn on the HLE Audio! When i do that, it will start normaly and i can play it well. Seems weird to me... Undecided

next time i will look if there is a pc version of a game before i try the gamecube one. Thank you for that recomendation! Smile

but if you already have the game as it seems, you can allways play it on gamecube. it's boring and useless the buy the same game I think
