Probably a noobish question, but I can't seem to figure this out, and couldn't find anything exactly addressing the question via search.

Playing Metal Gear Solid; The Twin Snakes using a Dualshock 4. To answer a codec call the game requires pressing Start + A. Trying to figure out how I can combine that specific combination to, say, the the L1 or L2 button. I gather that it has something to do with entering a custom expression, but how to form that expression, and how to then assign it to a specific button on the Dualshock 4, are a complete mystery to me.

Assuming the buttons are named like `Button A` and `Button Start` (that's probably wrong), you could set it like this:

GC A button mapped to: `Button A` | `Button L1`
GC Start button mapped to: `Button Start` | `Button L1`

If the buttons are named differently, then just change the button names in the expressions I wrote to what Dolphin tells you the buttons are called. You can enter a custom expression by right-clicking on a button.
