ASrock No-K Overclock unlocks multiplier (sort of)

i was talking about this for 3 days in the chat and now i tested it my self it really OC ALL CORES in turbo boost mode.
the no-k OC just gave me 3.7Ghz on all cores instead of 3.1Ghz now 3.7Ghz is my stock speed! without own a K serie unlocked cpu
i'm on a i5-3450 btw
