Hey Everyone,

I haven't seen anyone report this in anyway for this build with android so i thought i would mention it.

With the Shield TV Builds for 64Bit, the Local Multiplayer is not working.

The other controllers while you can bind the controllers and enable them in the menu, they are undetected by the games themselves.

Option like player 2, 3 or 4 are unselectable in game.

I have been able to enable the in game option for 2 player by changing the values of the SIDevice1 = 0 to the value of 6 within the Dolphin.ini file, but i still cannot move the controller for player 2.

My SIDevice0 is set to 6 by dolphin.

My controller setup is controller 1 is the Shield Controller and Controller 2 is a Dual Shock 4 running with Sixaxis Controller.

Also the D-Pad Mappings are reversed in the menu, as in Up is down, down is up, right is left, etc...

Any help with the main issue of multiplayer would be great.

This issue was actually fixed a few days ago. Update to the latest development version and it'll work.

I'm using the nvidia shield tv as well and can not get a second controller working. I am using two nvidia shield controllers, i am on the latest build and have deleted and reinstalled it, tried using a previous build, as well as removed all files relating to dolphin in an effort to fix this, but the second controller after being mapped correctly still does not work at all in gamecube games. I just tried testing wii games on the latest version, and wii games work good with both controllers, however the d-pad for me is always backwards controlls and gamecube games have the same issue. Any tips for me to fix it? Thanks in advance! I am very excited with all the changes I've been seeing with dolphin lately, and the performance on the shield tv with it is amazing.

Seconded - this issue has been around for quite a while and is still present on the pr builds... is there some kind of setting perhaps that we need to change manually?

EDIT: Got it!

Okay, so in sdcard/0/dolphin-emu/Config/dolphin.ini, the controllers for multiplayer are not being set with SIDevice (you'll notice p1 has 6, but p2,3,4 have 0,0,0)... its set farther up (maybe for the wii?) but I'm guessing either this overrides it or those were in the wrong place... set the controllers you want enabled to 6 (meaning normal gc controller) and it will work.

Cheers!

Hint: there is a good chance to also get better wiimote support in this way Wink

I just registered to say THANK YOU!! This was driving me mad, but this fixed it. I changed all the 0's to 6's and I can have all 4 controllers work.

Legend mate, you win the internets today.

This issue is still present in the latest development builds.
The workaround still works, though.
Scratch that.

Tried it out again, switching the different controllers on and off and it seemed it work fine with the latest build.
