No bottleneck. 650 ti is just fine

Depending on what resolution you will use

If you use 4x Internal Res + 4xSSAA (about 8xIR) on demanding games , 650Ti Boost will not be able to handle that -> GPU bottleneck

If you use 4x IR + no AA on demanding games , 650Ti Boost can handle that just fine

For this application, no difference. For PC games I would recommend having 2 GB, especially with the next generation of consoles right around the corner.

theres quite a few top end PC games that use up alot of vram. BF3 comes to mind and uses like 1.5GB on ultra @ 1080p.

2gb is the sweetspot atm for gaming on pc for vram but i think in a year it'll be 3gb.
