Hi, I run a PC with a Core i5 2500k at 4.5 GHz and a GTX 560.
I was looking at the Dolphin Wiki for the best settings for Galaxy 2 as I am only getting about 45 FPS in it. I see people there running PCs at much lower clock rates claiming to be getting perfect 60 FPS so I found it odd that I am not.
I wanted to ask here to see if maybe my settings are incorrect, if that is not the case I suppose I just need an upgrade.
Here are my settings:

Why did you disable Dual Core?

Oops, Dual Core is only off cause I was testing netplay with a friend yesterday and forgot to change it back when making the topic, the speeds I mentioned for Galaxy 2 are with Dual Core enabled though.

Check "Lock Threads to Cores" and "OpenMP Texture Decoder". Now, the settings are perfect ^^

You're using LLE. You can't get full speed all the time that's all. Above all in SMG2. Even with your system
