i have with Pentium D 925 2 x 3 ghz by most GC games fullspeed under 64bit with occasional slow downs to half speed, but this is really acceptable.
You can With a Singlecore cpu a Dolphin / Gamecube emulate forget since it is not enough performance. Sorry for my bad english 02-20-2010, 01:37 PM

Its cool just saying idk if you find 10 and up fps playable I sure as hell do but thats just me sence runing around that speed for singlecore like SMG I get solid 10 to 45 fps slowdowns just drop around 10 to 20 fps depending the area im in lol
