AR codes not working

I can't seem to get AR codes to work with Zelda Collector's Edition. They aren't working with ANY of the games in the Collector's Edition. I DO have "Enable Cheats" selected. Am I doing something wrong? This is Dolphin 4.0 9173 on 64 bit Windows 10.

Sometimes certain cheats just don't work in Dolphin. Generally, it's a case of the AR codes expecting Dolphin to emulate hardware behavior in a certain way but then Dolphin does something unexpected. In my experience, codes that don't work will either crash the emulator or have no effect in game.
