Well 1st I load the game, then go to tools, cheats manager, cheat search, then in there I click new scan with data size set to 8 bit, 16 bit or 32 bit I always get next to count a number and then too many to display in brackets.

that's because the search parameters are SO vague, you haven't added anything to the filters
besides, you can use known cheats from here -> http://uk.codejunkies.com/search/codes_search.aspx

Awesome thanks! Big Grin 1 last question, how do you put them in? With the - or without it -?

I can't get them to work with or without the M code, is there something else I'm not doing? Do I need to press the apply thing in cheat manager?

Also when trying to add them when they look like this "Z7UY-74EU-1896T" I get the message "The resulting AR decrypted AR code doesn't contain any lines."

Also what I find is when I put a code in this way
"MP8F-9M8H-Z6EFN
8675-1FPC-PGZAP
Y8P7-281U-XG18V
QBJ2-A2RK-CP1W2
E9FZ-A3QA-YCERP
R3Y6-HXXK-F6K84
A1EN-R5CT-9AYTP"
It then changes it to this
"8C006390 4E800020
C4006390 0002FF01
C419B6B8 0000FF02
00000000 40000000
0D302FB0 80010014
C5302FB0 0001FF03"

the code goes from encrypted to decrypted (or the other way around)

this is a stupid question but did you enable cheats on the config? and what Dolphin revision you using?
