Hi,

I got an Macbook Pro 13", and it has IR build in. Can I use a real WiiMote and this to use the WiiMote on the screen as pointer? If no, how can I use it without buying a sensor bar?

No. An IR receiver is not a sensor bar. You need to make/buy a sensor bar or use candles.
Search the forums/google for more info.

Sensor bar emits IR light
Receiver accepts and captures IR light.
