Their device is most likely not compatible with Dolphin.

Well that seems to be the case but is there any solution for it?

You have to get a different device.

Support for 64-bit code (this requires not only a 64-bit CPU but also OS support), OpenGL ES 3.0 or higher, and Android 5.0 or higher. The 64-bit requirement is what the problem is in most cases.

Those are the requirements for being able to launch Dolphin at all. If you want Dolphin to run well, you should get a device that has a Snapdragon 835 or Snapdragon 845, but even then not all games will be able to run at full speed. I would not recommend buying a new phone if your only reason is that you want to run Dolphin on it.

You should have 2 GiB of RAM or more. I think it would be hard to find a phone that has too little RAM but meets the other requirements well.
