Anyway to use ACToolkit on Dolphin

ACToolkit is an Animal Crossing City Folk save editor, Is there anyway to use this on dolphin?
I wanna make a town like in all the hack videos except on dolphin.

Yes, in Dolphin, right click the game in the game list and select "Open Wii save folder". Point ACToolkit to the RVFOREST.DAT file that is in the folder that opens up.
