Anyone good at Photoshop or modifying up scaled or non up scaled textures?

I'm looking for someone to modify Cloud textures and other stuff that has been up scaled.

can also provide non up scaled textures if their required, if your wondering what its for
its for this HD Texture Pack i've been worked on.

here's few examples of sky and clouds, i need them to be seamless.

Need someone to fix up, Add the following to the DBZ BT3 Fighting stages textures:

*Wasteland Noon = Seamless sky and Clouds
*Rocky Area Noon = Seamless sky and Clouds
*Mountain Road Noon = Seamless sky and Clouds
*Islands = Seamless sky and Clouds
*Kings Castle = Seamless sky and Clouds
*Kami Lookout = Seamless sky and Clouds

Also Need extra stuff added to these specific DBZ BT3 Fighting stages textures:

*Glacier Ice = Aurora Borealis in background and lighter blue re colored Seamless sky and Clouds
*Ruined Earth = Glowing Blue Lightning in Distance Seamless Sky and Storm Clouds
*Hyperbolic Time Chamber = More detailed background and floor
*Dying Namek = Glowing Lava Cracks, Fissures in Ground
*OuterSpace = Glowing Stars in background, brighter Nebula

After i get all this done, test it in-game etc. ill release the texture pack for FREE. : )

The process for fixing most of that should be fairly simple and doesn't require any artistry.

1. Merge all the sub-images into a single large image
2. Upscale the combined version
3. Re-split it
4. Recompress

Hello Kolano thankyou for explaining it to me, i hope this doesn't frustrate you what im about to say. but hear out my whole story, regarding my perspective on things.

i have no experience with photoshop or software to follow these steps correctly
thats why im asking for someone to do all that for me, my logic is that if they have experience and understand what theyre doing then it may be easier if they just did it to help me out instead of explaining to someone like me. that is unsure how to do it and lacks the experience to succeed! Sad

would it be possible that you could either direct me to a tutorial
for each step you've just explained? for someone that has zero experience in this areas like me, these words wouldn't be enough for me to understand what to do. its hard to understand what i need to do, i need more information to understand these steps properly. in order to do actually do them.

the other reason im asking for help and allot people may not factor this in, is when they undertake any project, eventually you will start to get very tired and burnt out ive been trying to learn how to upscale textures for over a 1 month now, since last year and no one has offered to help me dump textures or assist in upscaling during this entire process. it takes a ton of time and effort to organize everything before its ready to be upscaled. first i had to finish the entire game and think up every possible route and make sure i won and lost matches accordingly. had to collect every item, use 166 characters including all transformations use every possible attack, power up ki blast super and ultimate attack they have. i checked every option, Text window made sure all text appeared on screen for all played modes etc. and thats only half i what i had to do.

then i had to spend weeks convincing people im dedicated and can get the job done! for the first couple of weeks though, people were abusive untrusting, argumentative and genrelly very unhelpful only through sheer will power and a refusal to give up did i eventually get two people to teach me how to upscale textures properly, if not for them this would have been a wasted effort. and this project would never would have succeeded. so that's enough proof right their that people collaborating makes a huge difference! Smile

i used a program called Google Collab and a script a friend made that access's upscaling models' from git hub that people made for the public to use for free. it relies on Real ESRGAN, google Collab has flaws though. it has restrictions such as timing out its runtime every couple of hours to prevent bitcoin miners from utilizing its GPU servers. it resets everything every couple of hours and cannot be used for 12 hours afterwards either. Sad also my timeframe differs from everyone else when theyre all awake i am asleep, and in order to function i need my sleep!

when you factor all this in, i really cant find the time to learn something else ontop of everything else im struggling with already. most people at this point would give up i literally had to sort through 300,000 textures that i dumped and organize them into folders per category! such as  sprites environments etc. im doing this as a contingency plan in case someone wants to help or if all else fails. then someone else can have a shot, since its organized into folders, when they start they will at least have the necessary textures and correct hash codes filenames available to them off the get go, so it loads back into the dolphin emulator after upscaling no dramas.

after sorting through 300,000 textures i only ended up using 14,000 in the end the rest was just animated water textures, and i couldn't upscale those frames because the texture pack would be over 100Gbyte! this is why its so important to organize everything to reduce file size's before everything is upscaled. most wouldn't bother and just batch upscale the lot.

bottom line regarding this project! i've learnt i just cant afford to waste time! if i take on too much at once, ill just burn out completely and then be unable to finish what i started. its a shame people dont just work together and would rather argue or debate on discord and forums then just work as a team focus and get on with it. 

i have a saying i say to myself. "deal with it now, whinge about it later."

my logic is that if you know how to pasteurize milk and your neighbor knows how to make cheese why not just collaborate together and just make yogurt?

people shouldn't expect someone to be a jack of all trades and be able to handle everything on their own at once, because even if they have that ability most people wont bother because its just too much work on to do on their own, and they need someone's help eventually. 

after all where only human beings and its inevitable that we need a break! so then i suppose someone could counter argue why bother with this project at all? well the answers simple! if no one does anything then nothing ever gets done!, and i know people want this to succeed! so im working very hard to make it happen. Smile

so i appreciate your advice! but im unable to do it man, don't have the time! i have a life to live as well! so that's why im asking for help instead, to speed this along. and willing negotiate terms for this arrangement if its necessary. 

so thankyou again for trying to help me though, its nice to know their is a solution. just wish someone would do it for me.
