About to jump on a card today; any point in spending the extra money to get the X variant if Dolphin is a big reason for buying one?  Big Grin

The difference is small so it all goes down to what the price difference, although if you can afford it, instead of shelling the extra bucks for the 380x, you might as well go for the 390, some of the lower priced ones are not that far from the 380x and the difference is substantial. If I was in your place, I would be patient, save a few extra cash meanwhile and wait until the next gen gpus are released this year.
