I know that the Exynos version of the Samsung Galaxy S8 has some driver issues that cause Dolphin to run really slow on it.Is there any way to fix that?

Only the manufacturers can fix it.

Thanks for he reply. And I'm assuming they won't do it because if they were willing to, they probably would've done it by now/

They're currently not willing to as they don't see it as a disadvantage - they don't see the value proposition. If people didn't buy their phones because of poor drivers, or enough extra people did if they had good drivers, they might. But right now, people seem to be buying random phones anyway, then expect app developers to workaround whatever issues they have on their fancy new phone.

The only difference is making yourself heard to the phone vendors - only if enough people start making noise will this change in the future.

Hi,

I know that Dolphin and ppsspp are a lot diferent but on last builds on ppsspp they have improved a lot i have a s7 exynos and i couldnt play almost nothing there without stuttering on OpenGl, but with last builds on Vulkan i got about +-60 fps (on mgs peace wallker with cheats 60 fps on) and no stuttering and 0 crashs, so i think that vulkan is the future and if a developer had time to work on it, we could got a stable dolphin without the need of a snapdragon 850, jajajaaj ,
what about share the advances with the ppsspp devlopers and work together?
thks for reading this post have a nice day!

PPSSPP devs care about Android more than we do and are willing to put in effort to work around mobile driver bugs. Nobody who works on Dolphin cares

Dolphin supports Vulkan for almost a year.

Do you think that changes once Android devices are able to have sustainable dolphin performance?

It already isn't.

Flagships with SD 835s are running Dolphin mostly ok for a lot of popular games but that hasn't made anybody care enough to write and merge workarounds for drivers.
