Who here is a fan of the Trauma Center games?
*raises hand*
Alright, for all those TC fans out there, there's a few questions that would be interesting to answer:
1. What's your favorite TC game for the Wii that's out there? (options: Trauma Center: Second Opinion, Trauma Center: New Blood, or Trauma Team)
2. If you could create a GUILT or Stigma strain, what would it be? (use my answer as a template)
And finally...
3. What's worse: GUILT or Stigma?
I'll start.
1. Trauma Center: New Blood. The others come close, but Stigma is the most fun to epicly defeat. Second would probably be Trauma Team, because of the 6-doctors idea, and lastly would be TC: SO. I still enjoy all of them, though.
2. (this will be long.)
Alright, here's my Stigma strain:
Name: Hermes (god of travelers in greek mythology)
Appearence: A cross between Savato and Cardia. Basically, it's appearence is Savato with an outer layer.
Special things to mention: You'll have 3 HT's and a special anti-serum that if not injected directly into the Stigma, then the patient will go into ventricular fibrilation. Most of the time, Hermes will be in the liver. If you're unlucky, Hermes will be in the heart, and in that case then the patient is pretty much really, really lucky to be alive. There's pretty much a 0.1% chance you'll be able to defeat Hermes while it's in the heart unless you use the Healing Touch.
Opening: Lacerations, some gaping and a few tumors. When you start the powell procedure for the tumor, LOTS of small tumors will appear. After the tumors are extracted, the EKG will start acting up, and if you're unlucky, the patient will go into ventricular fibrilation, and you'll have to use the defibrilators or massage the heart if Hermes is in the heart.
Second Stage: Find Hermes with the ultrasound and make your incision. Immediately after he's out, he'll make a quick move, making a laceration as he does it. After he moves, he'll do the classic 180-degree Triple Laceration move that Savato does. If you're not familiar with it, then this is it: he turns 180-degrees and makes three lacerations. If you don't suture the lacerations in about 3 seconds, then Hermes will disappear. If you do happen to suture them that quick, then Hermes will go haywire. Laser him until he stops, then make an incision on him. Inject the anti-serum. Repeat as necessary.
Third Stage: He'll spawn Triti and Kyriaki, then go into hiding. He won't show up on the ultrasound, so just treat Triti and Kyriaki. Oh, and each time the membrane from Triti regenerates, the vitals will go waaaayyyy down. What fun. After Triti and Kyriaki are defeated, then repeat the second stage.
Fourth Stage: Hermes will show up. He'll create 6 lacerations, make 3 or 4 tumors, create some small tumors, and disappear. Until you treat the tumors, the vitals will be limited to 30. After you're done treating everything, then repeat stage 2.
Last Stage: Hermes will go insane. He'll spawn a queen Kyriaki and make lacerations alongside with the queen Kyriaki at a super-fast speed. Suture whatever lacerations Hermes has already made and defeat the queen Kyriaki. Use your healing touch and keep lasering him until he finally stops. But when you try to inject the anti-serum, he just dodges the syringe. But wait! Assuming you only used 1 Healing Touch for Triti, then there should be 1 remaining! And if you used all 3 Healing Touches by now, then you're screwed. Go into double Healing Touch mode and inject the anti-serum. He'll finally die, but not before spawning a mature Kyriaki and making a bunch of tumors. Defeat the Kyriaki, treat the tumors and close him up.
Y-Mission (our little version of X-missions): Hermes will be in the Heart, and you'll only have 2 Healing Touches, meaning that you won't be able to use the healing touch for when Hermes spawns Triti.
3. GUILT definitely. Savato is more of a pain in the @$$ then Cardia, but not by much. Cardia is still pretty hard to beat, mostly because of the red-ring-of-tumors at the end. It can be easily taken care of using the Healing Touch, though.
