Any tips on surviving in US?

I got some family in Finnland, US and Canada, I like Finnland the most of course but Canada is also cool, my cousin studied something like business and marketing on Toronto University so maybe try Canada. About US, better watch out with who U're hooking up, U know AIDS and other things like that coming in there from russia and other not safe places with not safe people (tons of 'em).
