Does this affect performance in any possible way? Why is this a global setting? Seems like it should just always be on...but it's off by default... so I don't know. I'm sure you guys will tell me though! Thanks!

I don't see any problem have Enable Cheats ON, maybe becouse all the people don't like finish the game with cheats?
