SSBB on my computer, It runs at speed I cannot react and Samus charge shot charges so fast that the charging sound stops before it is supposed to.

I have Optimize Quantiers on
Idle Skipping on
Dual Quad on
Throttle Sound on and Vsync on and even then sometimes it goes beyond (Vsync does cause slow down when in heavy fights ofcourse but it still not perfect)

Then again I can imagine making an emulated game run at normal speed is difficult if not impossible, So yeah I'l try the best options, Recommend me what should I toggle and untoggle to keep at a decent speed not too slow nor too inhumanly fast.

My system is Quad core 2.33 GHz 2.34 GHz
Vista x64
4GB

Graphic card is Nvidia 9800GT

What are the best settings for this PC?

Damm i have no clue... Your PC's Specs are OK, so it shouldn't run to fast...
Do you use a modified Unofficial SVN Build ?

Oh yes, I use an SVN version, Currently I just downloaded SVN R 3012 64 bit that UnkownForce compiled.

btw I am getting "unknown SD ioctl command" whenever I go to the stage select screen after character select, I could safely close it and it proceeds normally so I guess this is OK but I am asking if it's just me or it's this new SVN has screwed something up on SSBB.

Tongue

I meant, what feature in Dolphin is like the one on PCSX2. Almost all the games I own that I have tried on Dolphin seem to hover around the 60FPS mark and I would like it to run faster. I understand that this would screw around with in game speed - but this is what I want.
