Any news on the dolphinbar+ or was that just a rumor?

There were postings about a newer version of the dolphinbar with bluetooth passthrough, but after almost a year with no news, was it just a rumor or wishful thinking?

Mayflash said something along the lines of "we'll look into it" – they never promised anything. And no, there haven't been any news about it.
