I've been connecting my Wii Remote regularly for a while now, but tonight it is refusing to connect. I use the regular Microsoft Bluetooth Stack, as I do not want to install multiple programs. Normally though, I press the red button, I hit search, it connects, I click the Wii Remote button in Dolphin as it is still blinking, and it connects.

Tonight, as it is connecting it tells me it had an error. I reset the computer to no avail. I have no idea why it is being so stubborn tonight though. I wish there was some way to connect via the emulator, though I have no idea on the specifics.

I guess no Kororinpa tonight Sad

Probably software fail. Are you using Vista/XP with BlueSoleil or Windows 7?

XP... and I'm using the Microsoft Stack like I stated. And it's connected numerous times before.

Try different software: GlovePie, BlueSoleil, etc.

Try to unplug and and plugin your bluetooth-adapter.
that helped me once when my bluetooth-adapter was not detected.
I always connect my wiimote like you said and i never had trouble with that way Wink

Well my biggest problem seems to be, when I hold down 1+2 or the red button, only three of the lights blink instead of 4.

The number of blinking lights after turning the wiimote on is just an indicator of the battery status.

Okay, well, when there are four blinking lights, it connects at a much higher rate than when there are three, where it usually has a connection issue.
