What sound plugin ? the only two plugins ( DSP HLE and DSP LLE ) are already there. And with this kind of project you can't have a date for anything

Probably he's talking about the DSP-LLE work-in-progress. Anyway, as James333 said, there's no such a thing as a release date in this kind of projects.

What do you need Dolbt Pro Logic for? GC/Wii is nothing more than simple stereo. Any good ampli will do whatever you want with the sound output.

Your reply is so wrong. There are quite a number of games that support DPL II, having DPL II means almost 5.1 sound effects. DPL II is no simple stereo, i suggest you search the internet.
