I know this is stupid question since dolphin is not supporting 32 bit device, but vulkan can boost perfomance on many low-end device or Nvidia shiwld tablet and Mipad.

If you want a 32-bit build, you can compile a JIT-less build. But if you're looking for better performance, that's probably not what you want.
