But if it's really broken, my eyes must be bad.

Indeed. Everything in Dolphin 3.0 work fine, but I'm curious why was the option "Scaled EFB Copy" removed from the Enhacements tab in the latest revisions.

Which plugin?
What video card?

4xSSAA was broken by 6549 in d3d9 and fixed a few hundred revisions later. It may have been broken again.

MSAA in OpenGL has been fixed and broken several time over the last 2,000 revisions.

MSAA in d3d11 requires a d3d10.1 or higher video card to work and may only work correctly with certain newer cards/drivers.

I'm using the DX9 plugin

My video card:

I'm constantly downloading new revisions, always hoping that the antialias is fixed ..
By "broken" I don't mean something like a black screen when it's enabled, I mean objects are much more rough rendered (more edges) since r6422, look at these screenshots I made:
http://imageshack.us/f/38/unbenanntpc.jpg/ (both are rendered with 4XSSA)
I'm still using r6385, but some games don't work with it and you can't connect 2 wii-modes for 2 player in many games...
I will try to make a video in high definition to discribe better what i mean ...

Ok, then what I had previously thought has been confirmed. 4xSSAA is indeed broken in dolphin 3.0. Sigh.....neobrain is going to hate me for telling him this.

maybe it works when anisotropic filtering is removed or at least possible to disable like in old revisions, it doesn't change the quality anyway, the only thing it does (if it's enabled) is causing glitches, especially in super mario sunshine

It's just as broken as with the workaround I had committed some time ago.

Yes it does improve image quality. Textures at a very obtuse angle from the camera are noticeably sharper. AF does not effect AA in any way so turning it off will not magically fix SSAA.

I was never able to get the patch to work. You posted screenshots of it producing the same image quality that 4xSSAA used to produce before 6549. So I figured it was fixed. Yet I have seen several people so far complain that 4xSSAA is not making any difference at all in image quality in recent builds (which is the same thing I was experiencing when I tried a patched build). This is the second user now that has posted screenshot proof of this.

Works just fine in 6498, 6505, and 6515. 6549 broke it but perhaps there was a very brief period of time when it was broken inbetween 6422 and 6498? I'm doubtful but it's possible.

Hi, I want to report that AA (tested 2x, 8x, 8x csaa, 16xq csaa) with OpenGL is not working for me with 7668, 7669 but works with 7606.

Blackscreen withsound.

I'm running Nvidia GTX460 with driver 275.33.
