When will the next version of dolphin ... have antialiasing available and ofcourse anisotropic? It would surely have an increased boost of graphics on all games, but the down side would be slower performance.. Having said that ... would there be a slower performance?

it already has antialias.. just not in d3d. For d3d use the EFB scaled copy option to get a greater quality.
and yes, AA may decrease performance a little if your machine is not good enough.

Yes it has the options but in D3D AA is broken so it does not work. you can max it out but you wont see any difference between the settings. Only Aniso Filtering works in D3D for now (Using R4960 here)

putting up the resolution and checking EFB scaled copy makes AA pretty much unnecessary.

im noticing EFB is causing a blur... also having x2 than native renders it smother and less blurr

While I don't know your screen's resolution, I doubt it's smaller than 2x the GC/Wii's resolution
