Another XBox 360 Controller Help Thread

Hey there, fellas.

So I just reinstalled the emulator after some config issues resulting in slowdowns everywhere, but now Dolphin absolutely will not detect any input coming from my XBox 360 controller (for the record, the last time I used it with Dolphin was last night, and Windows still shows all buttons and sticks working). I select XInput/1/Gamepad, but it won't register anything. Any ideas?

OH MY GOD I'M AN IDIOT. 
It's because the default bindings for the controller were . . . the keyboard bindings.  Once I tried rebinding things it worked perfectly.  Please leave this thread of my stupidity up for posterity.  Do not be like Fnoigy.
