Will it run which game ?
Its pretty good laptop, you will be able to play almost all games without any problems... 11-16-2012, 03:00 AM
I'll assume you wanna know if your system can run Dolphin fine. Depends on the games. Which ones do you plan to play?

Most games are playable, but not the heavy ones (e.g. Super Mario Galaxy 1+2, F-Zero GX, The Last Story, Xenoblade, etc.)

It's already running fine with GC games so I won't bother listing them,
but my priority is metroid prime 3 and ZSS/ZTP and the resident evil games. I'm running Metroid prime 3 at 45+fps not sure if it's a good average for this game. But I've been reading the forums and from what I understand, if under 3.0ghz, it will have issues, I have only 2.1 quad...unless I misunderstand something :/ 11-16-2012, 03:14 AM
As Dolphin only uses 2 cores (3 with LLE on thread) Turbo Boost 2.0 will raise the clock speed to 2.8/2.9 Ghz. (as long as your CPU doesn't overheat).
45 FPS are good for this CPU in Metroid Prime 3 But you'll encounter FPS drops in some areas! 11-16-2012, 03:14 AM

You will only get so much out of a small boxed in laptop, the laws of physics apply. If you do try to unlock the full speed get a cooler pad for it. Laptops are not for performance they are for convenience.
