As Dolphin only uses 2 cores (3 with LLE on thread) Turbo Boost 2.0 will raise the clock speed to 2.8/2.9 Ghz. (as long as your CPU doesn't overheat).

45 FPS are good for this CPU in Metroid Prime 3 But you'll encounter FPS drops in some areas!
