So, I can't strafe in Metroid Prime (Gamecube version, no Trilogy). I searched these forums about this issue and found quite a few threads on the same subject. I used the solution given, but I'm running into a slightly different problem it seems. I bound L and L-analog to the same trigger like those threads suggested, but it's still not letting me strafe. If I bind L-analog to a different key, then I can use that to strafe just fine, but some some reason both on the same key isn't working. Is there a way to fix this?

Also, as an aside, would it be possible to set up a controller to act like a wii-mote for Metroid Prime 3, or would it not work right?

Is the button you are binding it to analog?

Ah, that would probably be it, then. So I would need to bind it to a separate button?

Yes I believe that would work (you may need to mess with the threshold)

You can set both digital and analog to the same analog trigger. It's what I do and it works great! Just make sure the threshold is set correctly so you can activate them both.

Sure, if you have them set to an analog button.
