you don't need the HD HUD pack, but you can add the fonts from there, maybe some are missing in my pack.

Oh great, so I can delete de HUD ones too, and just keep the fonts pack.
As for the Deck buttons, tbh I am not sure which one I have, I'll update the post when I get home with the name of the folder and such, but I remember it being a folder specifically saying Steam Deck and then having 4 folders inside, Common and then one for each Prime game.

I assume yours might be much better, only thing I'm not certain is if the buttons get updated if I change button mappings through Steam's overlay (since I change the default mappings from PrimeHack counterclockwise to have a similar layout to the original GameCube controller)

Okay finally managed to check it out, the pack has the name "0EXTRA - Steam Deck Button Prompts", and as mentioned, it has 4 folders:
Common, MP1, MP2 and MP3.
In the main texture pack folders, I have these:
0Extra - Better Dark Aether Sky, 0Extra - Better MP3 Hangar, 0Extra - Better Tallon IV Space, 0Extra - HD Samus Face, 1Main - Interface Pack and 1Main - HD Texts, followed by the Common, MP1, MP2 and MP3 folders.
Let me know which ones I can safely delete and which ones to replace with yours or some of your recommendations so I can start over my playthroughs with your packs, thanks again ?

Venomalia updated the pack just a few days ago, on April 13th, with the included Fusion Suit HD textures and some others that were updated.
Also, Venomalia, I just updated the previous post of mine where I detailed what my previous pack had to hopefully know for sure which ones I should or not remove.

just test what you like more, i don't know what textures these are.
"0EXTRA - Steam Deck Button Prompts" should be enough for your purposes.

I was focused on MP3, seen MP1 updated.

Focusing on MP3 led me to think the update to come was for MP3, but it was for another from the trilogy.
