another code r flashing black half screen and freeze

Another code R flashes black but only half the screen. I am using version 3.5-2450. Even after i get through the Load game selections. The game freezes on the loading screen. Fps is more or less 60.
Running on windows 7x64.

Have you tried this game on 4.0 or the latest revisions? Your profile say 4.0-118; perhaps you should use that for this game.

When you get the chance, please post your settings as screenshots so we can take a look at what you have set.

Nevermind, i fixed it. The game properties made it on widescreen hack causing a glitch. So i turn it off. It still does flashes half screen black, but very little.
