i found an option in my system settings for power supply, balance power and hardware power and stuff, switched it to "full power, no energy safe" and it runs brilliant, is this possible 
tried to play sonic the first level 6 times now, worked (but after the 6 times lagging again maybe RAM or sth, but maybe this is an idea for other ppl too)
