Yeah well, basically, Dolphin works fine and everything, but after about starting it and closing it 3-4 times, it just stops opening up at all. You click the icon, you see it scanning GC games for like 1 second and that's it. I see the program opened in my taskbar, but when I click it nothing happens. The program won't show up on the screen. Never had this issue before and it's kinda annoying.

Yeah, this happens from time to time, without getting too technical, just delete your dolphin.ini while dolphin is not running and start it up again. Then reconfigure.

You can also hit windows key + up arrow, then change the window size. That way you don't lose settings.
