animes similar elfen lied

anyone know any animes similar to elfen lied? i mean i want an anime that doesnt have any bs fights like DBZ or bleach. no gundams please lol
anyone know an anime that has drama, horror, and psychology (wiki said anime was psychological lol). death note was also awesome. please give your suggestions.

those are generally good anime's and are (most of them) mature. the other half is comedy which is just plain 'XD'

the best thing from my list that i can recommend is kara no kyoukai and the 1st rurouni kenshin ova

Code Geass - Pretty similar to Death Note in many ways
Higurashi no Naku Koro ni - psychological horror (really brutal when it gets to it, but stays calm and innocent 80% of the time)

That's in the 20%...

Anyway, the numbers were for comparison with Elfen Lied, which also has these long segments of nothing-bad-happens.

what about what the series is all about? not sure i'd call that serie innocent at all XD
but a good one none the less (and i hated how they explained all the events)
