So when I go star gazing in Animal Crossing, I get this dark blue layer on top of where the stars should be. How do I fix this?

Also I don't know what the default settings are so just give me a screenshot of the graphics plugin.

CPU: Phenom II X6 1090T
GPU: ATI Radeon HD 4850

Also I changed the default settings around so I don't know what they are. I have tried many different settings and nothing works.

Have you tried:
efb to ram with the cache off?
safe texture cache on and set to normal?
