Are you using Dolphin 3.5-367?:
  • I am using a Dolphin version from the official website https://dolphin-emu.org/

Operating System:windowsProcessor/CPU:dunnoVideo Card/GPU:dunno
Fill that out and use a newer version from THIS site. On the top you have a "Download" button, click on that

The newest version of Dolphin I can't use on my computer, because mine's a 32 bit operating system I think anyway.

External Frame Buffer and not Wire Frame Tongue :
I just copied this from the wiki

Black Screen

Some revisions experience black screen beyond opening Nintendo logo,
audio/music play as normal and a 1px line at bottom of screen is
rendered correctly. Using wire-frame mode seems to show things being
emulated appropriately. (setting the "Texture Cache" to it's safest
settings got it working correctly on r7612.)

These problems might not occur in Revisions from r6100 to r6302, nor on new revisions which no longer include Texture Cache adjustments.

I had the black screen bug, so I did what this said to fix it and when I did that it fixed the black screen bug, but caused a new problem

Just Disable External Frame Buffer and it should work. That's what fixes it for me

It was already disabled. I'll just post a picture of the settings I had it on, maybe that'll make it easier Big Grin .
