Hi, i am having trouble with the graphics on the Zelda NES, they are all messed up. I read about the XFB but there only seem to be 2 options(store and present) in the emulator for it so I don't know what to do with it. Where in the emulator would I make changes related to the XFB?

If the old instructions you found told you to set XFB to Virtual, that's roughly equivalent to turning off Immediately Present XFB. If the old instructions told you to set XFB to Real, turn off both of the XFB settings.

I tried having both options unchecked but the graphics are still messed up, no change. I am going to try adding a pic here so you can see how they are messed up if that will help figure out the problem.

Sorry for replying twice but wanted to add that I tried messing with the settings for the XFB. I tried just one or the other checked, both checked, and both unchecked. Some of them changed the size of the zelda game but none of the settings fixed the graphics being messed up.

Indeed, that problem in the screenshot isn't caused by the XFB settings. Try setting the texture cache accuracy to safe.

[attachment=18103]Sorry for being late responding, had dozed off for a bit. I tried that but no change. Going to try fiddling around with some of the other graphics options, see if any of them make a change to it.

Okay did some fiddling with the other graphics settings....only ended up making it worse:

Okay not sure what's going on with the pic, will try a separate post for it.

Edit: I see the pic finally showed up. Still don't know what happened with it but you can delete the extra post I made for it if you want to. I did get Zelda back to the original glitchiness but haven't been able to get it anymore fixed.

Are you using D3D? Try OpenGL maybe? I can't reproduce the issue.

Yes D3D 11. I will try the OpenGL and see what happens.

Okay I tried using OpenGL but can't use it as Dolphin crashes and shuts down every time I try to load it with that selected.
