You're right there dude, I found the 7052 build pretty fast. I might as well look around for a new build now though, it's been months since I updated.

@SeBz: This guy's right, I would suggest finding a build that works for you, I actually went back to 3.5 for SSBB simply because 4.0 was too slow (4.0 build 7052 actually ran better though in some cases)
