Sad
I tried playing (Animal Crossing City Folk) on my laptop and it worked like a charm!
So I was thinking and I got the idea that maybe I can run it on my phone.. but then when I tried to run it I found out that it is completely unplayable... the framerate was basically like between 1-5 and many textures were missing.. I kept looking on the internet and I found a video of someone playing it on like 60FPS with no textures missing... he was running it on a OnePlus 5
so is there actually a way to run it smoothly on Android?
oh and by the way my phone is an S7 Edge running on Android 7.0 (Nougat)

-Thanks in advance  Smile

Currently, Android is a bit of a mess of random driver versions (each with a different selection of bugs), misleading information about performance, and stacks of hacks/workaround nobody really understands and don't work much of the time.

It's not surprising that a different device running a different SoC runs some games better or worse than others.

There's not a single device I can recommend as "Yes, this should work with everything" running android right now.

EDIT:
Probably the closest is the NVidia shield with the tegra X1 in terms of GPU driver features and lack of game-breaking bugs - but even that has performance issues
