Animal Crossing: City Folk Graphics problem?

I have Dolphin 3.0 and whenever I play Animal Crossing: City Folk, the grass is buggy. Everything else works fine though. Under this text you will see my graphics settings and an image of the problem. Thank you for your time.

Which Dolpin revision do you use? And the Hacks tab is missing btw.

Dolphin 3.0-XXX // Dolphin rXXXX -> This is the Dolphin revision/version. anyway, you use 3.0-689 Wink (because Fast Mipmaps is not listed)

Try to set EFB Copies to RAM (with Cache enabled)

Use Dolphin 3.0 the official release (here http://www.dolphin-emu.org/download.html?rev=v30&arch=win32 ).
Also try to precise what your CPU/GPU are

Check "RAM" and "Enable Cache".

Aaah man, still no luck. And I tried that, and opened Animal crossing. Still the same issue. Sad
