i was wondering if anyone can help me use actoolkit on accf dolphin? its asking for a .dat but when I make a save file its a .sav how can i fix this

Right-click on the game in Dolphin's game list and select "Export Wii Save". You should get a .dat file.

it tells me to select a folder, but I don't know which folder it requests

Pick whatever folder you want to put the save file in.
