Well my Wii's video is busted. After dealing with it for a while I decided to try to emulate some games. Dolphin is great, however I don't get 100% on Animal Crossing - City Folk, the main game I want to play. I'm not asking for a miracle, I just want some input on what I can do.

Specs:
Video Card: GeForce GTX 560
Processor: AMD Athlon II 630 Quad Core 2.8GHz
RAM: 4GB DDR3
OS: Win7

With default settings
Direct3d9: 65-86% ; 40-45 FPS
Direct3d11: 70-80% ; 44-45 FPS

I've tried various hacks and enhancements to increase performance. Even heavy ones like disabling lighting don't seem to affect it too much. Any ideas? Or should I just send my wii to nintendo and pay them?

Get a better cpu. An overclocked phenom II 955 should do it.
